At The Chiquita Boutique, we aim for 100% satisfaction with your purchase. TCB does not offer refunds or exchanges. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the product you received, you have 7 days to initiate a return for store credit. All returns will be processed as store credits, which must be used within one year and cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. Previous sales discount will not be applied to future purchases utilizing store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that all WHITE COLOR garments, permanently marked down items, and items sold at more than a 20% discount are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

To begin your return, please submit the online request form for approval. After approval, you'll receive instructions via email on how to proceed with the return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and we do not issue store credit for the purchase of Route package insurance.

Return Processing Time:

Please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive and process your return due to mail delivery delays. Rest assured that we'll contact you to confirm your store credit once your return is received.
